Aubergines, peppers, cherry tomato sauce, onions, celery, olives and capers: these are the ingredients that allow us to create a classic of Sicilian tradition, with an intense flavour and velvety texture. In its 270 gram format, this ready-made caponata is ideal for a rich appetiser or as a side dish to accompany main courses of meat and fish.
