Sun-dried, chopped and preserved in oil, our capuliatu is prepared with great care and dedication to maintain the extraordinary sensorial qualities of the ingredient.
The 190 gram jar is ideal for preparing an inviting bruschetta, or to enrich a pasta dish or soup, or to enhance the flavours of a meat or fish main course.
